| It is amazing to me how god works. He brought Jaime Manno into our lives for a reason. We had another realtor that was not working for us. We heard about one of Jaime’s properties and wanted to see it. So the same day I called him and we saw the property. We then realized he was our guy. We were working with the SHIP program to help with down payment and closing cost assistance. Jaime had never worked with SHIP before and jumped right in. He did all his research and a little more. We found our house and Jaime made it happen. Our mortgage company had a lot of restrictions and it was a little too much for us. So Jaime introduced us to Dan Gutshall who worked relentlessly to get us a new mortgage and help us achieve our dreams. Jaime made sure that everything was in order and that our closing cost ran smoothly. I thank God everyday that he brought Jaime into our livs. Without Jaime none of this would have been possible.

My house was flooded with appointments and, within four weeks we had a contract. Which at this time I understand is very good. Then during the selling process Jaime conducted the negotiations with the prospective buyers, until we had an agreement. Also he scheduled all required inspections and appraisals. | My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to Jaime Manno for the professional services that he has provided to us during th past two years. First on the purchase of a home in 2003, and more recently on the sale of the same home just this month.
Jaime is a true "professional" in every sense of the word. He knows the real estate business and the Orange Park market inside and out. He found the right house for us in 2003, and we bought it at the price that he predicted. When we decided to sell this house, Jaime did a comprehensive market analysis on the property and much to our surprise it sold in record time at 98% of the listed price (30k more than the discount broker told us it was worth!).

| In February 2003, my husband and I found out that we had about 1 month to transfer to Jacksonville from New Orleans. My husband, stationed with an F-18 squadron could not take any time off with such short notice. So my brother and I drove to Jacksonville on February 15th and met with Jaime Manno with the intent to look at homes for rent until we could have one built for our large family (us, my mother and brother, 2 children and 4 dogs). We quickly realized that renting was not a good option for our family and that buying was. Anything that was big enough for us was either too far away or we could not afford it. We all agreed to get a good night sleep and meet on Sunday morning.
The next morning when we met with Jaime, he already had several homes for us to look at that met our needs (obviously not all of us got a good nights sleep!). After viewing several homes, we found one that was perfect for us! The big problem was we needed to move in by the 14th of March. Less than 30 days. Thanks to Jaime and his contacts, we closed on our new home on 12 March with a VA loan. Jaime jumped through hoops and made this happen for us. To top it all off, when my family arrived on the 15th of March, without me, Jaime was waiting for them with pizza and drinks because he knew that we would not have our things for another two days!! Thank you Jaime!!
